In 2010 when demand for my bespoke cupcakes was resulting in no sleep, I took the plunge, gave up the day job and became my own boss of CupaCake!

It was a momentous decision, leaving the stability of my full-time, secure position within the NHS, but the time had come to take control and fulfill my real passion for baking & creating!

Growing the business has been exciting, and understanding my market has been key.  By far, the bestselling range that customers keep coming back for, are the edible printed cupcakes. So versatile, so personal and so suited to businesses, they are the perfect marketing tool. And so, the time came to have a dedicated website to showcase these creative toppers and to build on the demand of the edible image cupcake.

I think I may have mentioned I love baking, and so it goes without saying the key element of the cupcake is, of course, the taste. Over the years I’ve tweaked my recipe, which has resulted in the lightest of cupcake sponge in the whole Kingdom, well okay, this side of the M25 anyway!
